Human KIAA1530 ELISA Kit (HUFI03721)

The KIAA1530 target protein, also referenced as C4orf19, is quantified by a microplate-based ELISA in a standard plate configuration. The Assay Genie kit uses pre-coated capture wells, a biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP for chromogenic readout on a standard plate reader. The assay requires approximately 100 µL of undiluted serum or plasma per well, with a quantitative standard curve supplied for interpolation. Reagents provided include recombinant protein standards, detection antibody concentrate, streptavidin-HRP, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent, sufficient for one complete microplate run.

Researchers profiling KIAA1530 expression in clinical cohorts can apply this kit to fresh or archived human biobank samples. The ELISA is validated for the detection of human KIAA1530 only, without cross-reactivity to closely related homologs in validation studies.
