Human KIAA1377 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human KIAA1377 ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative detection of KIAA1377 in human biological samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is intended for research in cell biology, supporting studies of cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 4.688 ng/mL and a standard range of 7.813-500 ng/mL. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Spike-and-recovery testing returned average recoveries of 92% in serum (range 85-105%), 91% in EDTA plasma (85-104%), and 97% in heparin plasma (93-104%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spanned 80-101% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
