The Assay Genie Human KIAA0182 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a quantitative protein-level detection method for measuring KIAA0182 levels in human serum or plasma specimens. Each kit contains pre-coated microplate strips, biotinylated detection antibody, calibrated protein standards, wash buffer, and all reagents needed for 96 individual determinations, supporting medium-throughput biomarker studies in translational and clinical research workflows.

KIAA0182 is a protein-coding gene product of growing interest in cell biology and disease research, where altered expression patterns may correlate with cytoskeletal regulation and intracellular signaling events. Investigators commonly apply this kit to quantify KIAA0182 concentrations in biobanked serum or plasma samples for exploratory biomarker discovery, comparative studies across patient cohorts, or validation of transcriptomic findings at the protein expression level. The product is supplied for research use only and is not cleared for diagnostic or clinical decision-making.

For optimal performance, allow all components to equilibrate to room temperature before beginning the protocol and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the reconstituted standards and detection antibody. Unopened kits should be stored refrigerated at 4 degrees C and protected from light to preserve antibody binding activity over the stated shelf life. A standard curve is generated in parallel with each run, and absorbance values are interpolated against the calibration curve to derive unknown sample concentrations in ng/mL. Each microplate well receives 100 µL of sample per well, and the complete workflow can be completed within a standard laboratory workday using standard equipment.
