Human Keratin, type II cytoskeletal 6A (KRT6A) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of human Keratin, type II cytoskeletal 6A (KRT6A) in research samples. KRT6A is a key type II cytoskeletal keratin involved in maintaining the structural integrity of epithelial cells, particularly in skin and hair, and participates in wound healing.

Validated for human samples, the assay detects natural and recombinant KRT6A and is suited to serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported detection range is 31.2-2000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 15pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.1% and inter-assay CV is 9.6%. Recovery in serum averages 101% (range 95-107%) and in plasma 103% (range 97-109%).
