Human Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 13 (KRT13) ELISA Kit

KRT13 is a type I cytoskeletal keratin that contributes to the structural integrity of epithelial cells, is expressed in the suprabasal layers of non-cornified stratified epithelia, and generally pairs with keratin-4 as part of a heterotetramer of two type I and two type II keratins. The assay reports a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.15ng/mL, and is intended for research use only.
