Human Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 10 (KRT10) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Keratin, type I cytoskeletal 10 (KRT10) — also known as Cytokeratin-10, Keratin-10, CK-10, K10 and KPP — in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay covers a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml with a sensitivity of 33pg/mL. Reported precision is 6.3% intra-assay CV and 10.5% inter-assay CV. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions, and recovery is reported as 101% for serum and 103% for plasma. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human KRT10 (UniProt P13645), a type I cytoskeletal keratin generally associated with keratin-1 and a key structural component of the epithelial cytoskeleton.
