Human Keratin 81 (KRT81) ELISA Kit

The Keratin 81 (KRT81) protein is a type II hair keratin expressed in the hair shaft cortex and nail matrix, encoded on chromosome 12q13.13. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative measurement of KRT81 in tissue homogenates, enabling studies in dermatology, hair follicle biology, and inherited hair shaft disorders such as monilethrix. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, capture antibody, detection reagent, calibrator standards, and buffer components for a full plate run.
