Human Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 13 (KBTBD13) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of human Kelch repeat and BTB domain-containing protein 13 (KBTBD13) in biological samples. The assay is reactive with human KBTBD13 and is intended for research use only, supporting investigation into the protein's role as a substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex.

The kit delivers a detection range of 78-5000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 39pg/mL. Precision is reported with an intra-assay CV of 6.9% and an inter-assay CV of 11.5%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions: serum (N=5) ranges from 108-118% at 1:2 to 105-116% at 1:16; EDTA plasma (N=5) from 103-113% at 1:2 to 105-115% at 1:16; and heparin plasma (N=5) from 97-107% at 1:2 to 100-109% at 1:16. Recovery averages 96% in serum (range 90-102%) and 98% in plasma (range 92-104%). The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human KBTBD13.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, allowing flexible study designs across multiple specimen matrices.
