Human Kelch-like protein 17 (KLHL17) ELISA Kit

The assay is for research use only and is reactive with human samples, supporting studies into protein degradation, cell cycle regulation, and the role of KLHL17 in conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular and neurological disorders.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the kit shows a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 8.9 pg/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and inter-assay CV of 8.9%. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was 96-106%, 80-80%, 108-118% and 104-114% for serum (N=5); 81-93%, 102-112%, 105-116% and 100-110% for EDTA plasma (N=5); and 90-98%, 82-91%, 108-108% and 89-98% for heparin plasma (N=5). Recovery averaged 109% (range 103-115%) in serum and 111% (range 105-117%) in plasma. The kit detects natural and recombinant human Kelch-like protein 17 (UniProt: Q6TDP4).
