Human KDM3B ELISA Kit (HUFI03733)

KDM3B (Lysine Demethylase 3B) is a JmjC-domain histone demethylase that catalyzes removal of mono- and dimethyl marks from histone H3 lysine 9 (H3K9me1/me2), coupling chromatin remodeling to transcription of genes involved in cell differentiation, hypoxia response, and metabolic regulation. This Assay Genie colorimetric sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of KDM3B protein in human serum and plasma samples for studies of epigenetic regulation and disease research. The kit contains a microplate pre-coated with anti-KDM3B capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, dilution buffer, and TMB substrate. The procedure uses a 100 uL sample volume per well, with sequential incubation, wash, and color development steps read on a standard plate reader. No significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat KDM3B has been observed at recommended sample concentrations. Common applications include monitoring KDM3B expression in oncology, metabolic syndrome, and obesity-related research, where altered H3K9 methylation has been implicated. For research use only.
