The KCNN4 gene encodes the KCa3.1 calcium-activated potassium channel, an ion channel under active study in immunology, vascular biology, and signal transduction research. This Assay Genie microplate-format immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of KCa3.1 protein in human-derived research samples and is used in investigations of T-cell activation, smooth muscle contractility, and endothelial barrier function.
