Human KCNH7 ELISA Kit (HUFI07746)

The Human KCNH7 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of KCNH7, a voltage-gated potassium channel (Kv11.3) encoded on chromosome 2q24.2 and expressed primarily in the central nervous system. The assay is validated specifically for detection of the human KCNH7 isoform and requires 100 µL of prepared sample per well. Research applications include investigation of neuronal excitability, electrical signaling, and studies of cardiac repolarization where KCNH family members contribute to rapid delayed rectifier currents. The kit provides reagents for a 96 Assays microplate workflow with absorbance readout on a standard microplate reader. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated at 4°C; reconstituted reagents may be frozen at -20°C for extended storage.
