Human KAT8/MYST1/MOF ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of KAT8/MYST1/MOF in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA employs a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research in epigenetics and nuclear signaling.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Spiking recovery averages are 92% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma, with corresponding recovery ranges of 85-95%, 89-103%, and 92-104%. Dilutional linearity for serum is 86-101% at 1:2, 90-98% at 1:4, and 80-93% at 1:8, with comparable values reported for EDTA plasma (89-105%, 82-101%, 80-99%) and heparin plasma (89-100%, 84-100%, 84-100%). Kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months unless otherwise indicated.

The workflow begins with reagent equilibration to room temperature, followed by a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
