Human Kallikrein-8 (KLK8) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.22ng/mL, with an intra-assay CV of 5.2% and inter-assay CV of 9.2%. Linearity has been evaluated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Recovery averages 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma. The kit is intended for research use only.
