Human Kallikrein 12 (KLK12) ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of Kallikrein 12 (KLK12) — a secreted serine protease in the human kallikrein-related peptidase family — is the purpose of this competitive ELISA from Assay Genie. KLK12 expression has been described in prostate, skin, salivary, and other human tissues, and altered KLK12 levels have been investigated in research on certain cancer pathways and tissue-remodeling processes.

The kit provides pre-coated microplate wells, recombinant KLK12 standards, a biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, wash buffer, and other reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations run on a standard microplate plate reader. The competitive workflow relies on absorbance measurement as the readout, compatible with most laboratory spectrophotometers that read in the visible spectrum.
