Human Kallikrein-11 (KLK11) ELISA Kit

KLK11, also known as human kallikrein-related peptidase 11 (synonyms include Hippostasin, Serine protease 20, Trypsin-like protease, hK11, PRSS20 and TLSP), is a secreted serine protease of the kallikrein subfamily. The manufacturer datasheet reports a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 3.9% and inter-assay CV of 6.8%. Recovery in serum averages 87% (range 81-93%) and in plasma averages 89% (range 83-95%), and linearity has been evaluated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples.

KLK11 has been associated with physiological processes including regulation of skin desquamation and immune response, and abnormal levels have been linked to cancer, inflammatory diseases and skin disorders, supporting its use as a biomarker in research applications.
