Human Kallikrein-1/KLK1 ELISA Kit

KLK1, also known as tissue kallikrein, is a serine protease involved in regulating blood pressure, inflammation, and tissue remodeling, and is implicated in conditions such as hypertension, renal failure, and cardiovascular disorders. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2 to 1:8, ranging from approximately 81% to 104%. Recovery across the same sample types ranges from 85% to 103%, with averages of 97% (serum), 92% (EDTA plasma), and 96% (heparin plasma).
