Assay Genie's Human Junction Plakoglobin (JUP) ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of plakoglobin (also known as γ-catenin), a key structural component of desmosomes and adherens junctions involved in cell-cell adhesion and the Wnt signaling pathway. Investigators apply this plate-based immunoassay in cardiovascular disease research, cancer biology studies, and epithelial barrier investigations.
Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate enabling protein quantification in cell lysate and tissue homogenate samples, with a 100 uL loading volume per well.
