From Assay Genie, this kit targets the human Bifunctional arginine demethylase and lysyl-hydroxylase JMJD6 (UniProt Q6NYC1), a JmjC-domain chromatin- and RNA-binding enzyme linked to tumor progression, hematopoietic differentiation, and U2AF65-mediated alternative splicing. The pre-coated microplate is supplied as 8 × 12 removable strips, accompanied by lyophilized standards, biotinylated detector antibody, avidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. Standards and most diluents are stored at -20°C, while wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution are kept refrigerated at 4°C; the sealed plate should be used before the printed kit expiry. Validated performance includes intra-assay precision below 6.9% and inter-assay precision below 8.8%, with recovery of roughly 91% in spiked human specimens.
