Human JMJD4 ELISA Kit (HUFI07759)

JMJD4 (Jumonji domain-containing protein 4) is a 2-oxoglutarate-dependent oxygenase implicated in translational regulation and post-translational modification of ribosomal proteins in human cells. The Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring endogenous JMJD4 levels in human clinical matrices, including serum-based or plasma-based biospecimens, and uses 100 µL of sample per well loaded in duplicate.
