Human Janus Kinase 3 (JAK3) ELISA Kit

An absorbance-based immunoassay from Assay Genie enables quantitative in vitro measurement of human Janus Kinase 3 in tissue homogenates and cell lysates. JAK3 is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase that associates with the common gamma chain of type I cytokine receptors and drives downstream STAT signaling, lymphocyte development, and immune cell activation.

The kit is supplied as a complete reagent set, including a pre-coated microplate, diluent, wash buffer, detection reagent, standard, and stop solution, configured to deliver 96 individual determinations per run. Plates are read on a standard microplate reader, and a calibration curve generated from the included reference standards is used to interpolate JAK3 concentrations across the dynamic range of each run.
