Human JAM2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07756)

An immunoassay reagent panel from Assay Genie for quantitative detection of human Junctional Adhesion Molecule 2 (JAM2), a transmembrane immunoglobulin-family protein expressed at endothelial and epithelial tight junctions. JAM2 mediates heterophilic binding with JAM3 and integrin α4β1, supporting leukocyte transmigration, platelet adhesion, and the maintenance of vascular barrier integrity.

Researchers studying inflammatory cell recruitment, atherosclerosis, tumor extravasation, or blood-brain barrier function can apply this assay in cell culture supernatant and tissue lysate workflows. The kit contains a pre-coated microwell strip plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent in individually packaged vials sufficient for a full plate run.
