Human JAM-B/VE-JAM/CD322 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0805)

This PharmaGenie ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies human Junctional Adhesion Molecule B (JAM-B), also designated VE-JAM and CD322, an immunoglobulin-superfamily protein expressed on vascular endothelium, lymphatic endothelium, and selected leukocyte subsets. The kit supports research into leukocyte transmigration, angiogenesis, vascular permeability, and the tumor microenvironment, where dysregulated JAM-B expression has been linked to glioma, renal cell carcinoma, and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant human JAM-B standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations. Reconstituted components should be stored refrigerated, and unused strip wells remain stable when kept dry and protected from light.
