Human JAKMIP1 ELISA Kit (HUFI03775)

The JAKMIP1 target (Janus kinase and microtubule-interacting protein 1, also called MARLIN1) is a neuronal protein implicated in microtubule organization and modulation of GABA-B receptor trafficking. Assay Genie's quantitative immunoassay supports research into cytoskeletal regulation, neuronal signaling networks, and related neurobiological pathways, with reactivity validated against human, rat, and mouse JAKMIP1. Each kit provides a pre-coated microplate, matched antibody pairs, calibrated reference standards, and substrate reagents sufficient for 96 determinations; 100 µL of sample is loaded per well. The kit is supplied as a research-use-only reagent. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C for stability, while the unused strip wells remain refrigerated (2-8°C) until the expiration date indicated on the kit label.
