Human JAK3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, the Human JAK3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich (double-antibody) ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Janus Kinase 3 (JAK3) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. JAK3 is a key enzyme in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, where it contributes to the regulation of immune responses and cell growth, and abnormalities in its expression have been linked to autoimmune disorders, leukemia, and inflammatory conditions.

The kit shows a detection range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (88–102%, 86–101%, 89–105%), EDTA plasma (83–101%, 82–99%, 86–97%) and heparin plasma (84–99%, 82–99%, 82–97%). Recovery averages 99% for serum (range 94–105%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 87–97%) and 97% for heparin plasma (range 89–103%). The protocol involves primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB color development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X), TMB substrate, sample/antibody/SABC dilution buffers, stop solution and 25X wash buffer, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months (avoiding direct light where indicated).
