Human JAK2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of Janus Kinase 2 (JAK2) in human samples. Spike-and-recovery data gave average values of 94% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma (n = 5), with corresponding ranges of 87-103%, 87-103%, and 89-101%.
