Human IWS1 ELISA Kit (HUFI03784)

This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of human IWS1, a transcription elongation factor that recruits SPT6 to elongating RNA polymerase II and supports H3K36 trimethylation during co-transcriptional mRNA processing. The 96 Assays microplate kit is configured for serum or plasma specimens with a standard 100 uL sample volume per well and a colorimetric end-point read on a compatible plate reader. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody pair, with no significant cross-reactivity observed against mouse or rat IWS1 orthologues under standard conditions. Unopened kit components should be refrigerated and protected from light, while reconstituted standards and detection reagent are best stored frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw exposure and preserve activity through the kit's stated shelf life.
