Human ITPK1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07762)

The Assay Genie Human ITPK1 ELISA Kit quantitatively measures Inositol-Tetrakisphosphate 1-Kinase, an enzyme that phosphorylates inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate to inositol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisphosphate within the phosphoinositide signaling cascade. Because ITPK1 activity influences ATP-dependent phosphorylation, calcium release, and downstream kinase pathways, the kit is applied in studies of metabolic disorders, neuronal signaling, and cell-cycle regulation. Reagents include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant human ITPK1 standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and concentrated wash buffer sufficient for the 96 Assays format. The assay is calibrated for in vitro research use only; the validated protocol directs the operator to load 100 µl of serum or plasma sample per well, generate a standard curve from serial dilutions, and read the developed plate spectrophotometrically. Unused reagents remain stable when refrigerated at 4°C; allow sealed components to equilibrate to room temperature before opening, and protect TMB substrate from prolonged light exposure.
