The Assay Genie Human ITLN1 (Intelectin 1/Omentin) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-ELISA designed for the precise measurement of Intelectin-1 levels in human samples. Using a colorimetric detection method, the kit is intended for use with serum, plasma and other biological fluids at a sample volume of 100 μL. The assay has a sensitivity of 0.38 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.63-40 ng/mL, with a reported recovery of 80%-120%. Total assay time is 3 h 30 min, and absorbance is read at 450 nm ± 2 nm.

The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate on a pre-coated microplate.
