Human ITGAM/CD11b ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA uses a double-antibody format to quantify human ITGAM (also known as CD11b, Integrin alpha-M, MAC-1, CR3A) in human samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development and stop solution addition. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL (Uniprot P11215).

Accepted specimen types are serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity (n=5) for serum is 88–102% at 1:2, 87–104% at 1:4, and 90–98% at 1:8; for EDTA plasma, 84–101%, 82–98%, and 85–101%; for heparin plasma, 82–98%, 81–99%, and 84–99%. Recovery ranges are 85–101% (serum, mean 93%), 91–105% (EDTA plasma, mean 96%), and 87–101% (heparin plasma, mean 95%).

The assay runs over six steps: reagent and plate equilibration; primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes; biotin-labelled detection antibody at 37°C for 60 minutes; HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) at 37°C for 30 minutes; TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes; and stop reaction with absorbance read at 450 nm.
