Human ITGAL/CD11a ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of ITGAL (CD11a) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a measuring range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

ITGAL (CD11a) is described as a critical integrin protein involved in immune response and cell adhesion, with dysregulation implicated in autoimmune disorders, inflammation, and cancer, making it a relevant biomarker for research into immune function, inflammatory processes, and disease progression.

The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Validation data report linearity of 81–105% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery of 85–105% in the same matrices, with averages of 94% (serum), 99% (EDTA plasma), and 98% (heparin plasma). The assay procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate development, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
