The ISG20 protein is a 3'-5' exonuclease induced by type I interferons that selectively degrades single-stranded viral RNA, serving as a biomarker of innate antiviral immunity. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie uses a microplate-based chromogenic readout to measure ISG20 in research samples. The kit provides pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant protein standards, streptavidin-HRP, and TMB substrate.
