Human ISG15 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of ISG15 in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout, and is suited to research in immunology, including studies of viral infection and inflammation. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reagents include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, wash buffer (25X), stop solution, plate sealer and a technical manual. The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples for primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, binding HRP-streptavidin for 30 minutes, developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution.

Linearity and recovery are documented across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reported recovery ranges are 91-102% for serum (average 99%), 90-105% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 85-102% for heparin plasma (average 92%).
