Human ISG15 Activating Enzyme/UBE1L ELISA Kit

A sandwich double-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human UBE1L, also referred to as ISG15 activating enzyme, MOP4, UBA6 or UBEL2, with the target corresponding to Uniprot P41226. The colorimetric assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples of human origin.

Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL, with a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been characterised across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with serum at 86–91%, 86–103% and 87–105%; EDTA plasma at 85–95%, 86–101% and 84–101%; and heparin plasma at 84–91%, 85–99% and 81–97%. Spike-and-recovery performance gives average values of 91% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma.

Standards or samples are incubated in pre-coated wells, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Reagents are shipped on ice packs and stored at 2–8°C.
