The Assay Genie Human ISCA2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Iron-Sulfur Cluster Assembly 2 (ISCA2), a mitochondrial protein essential for [4Fe-4S] iron-sulfur cluster biogenesis and respiratory chain function. Researchers studying multiple mitochondrial dysfunction syndrome type 4 (MMDS4), ISCA2-related leukoencephalopathy, or mitochondrial iron-sulfur assembly pathways can use this in vitro immunoassay with a human-specific capture antibody to quantify ISCA2 in human serum and plasma samples.

Each kit is supplied as a complete microplate format with pre-coated wells, recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. The standard sandwich ELISA workflow requires a 100 µL sample volume per well, and standards are provided to generate a calibration curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations.
