Human IRF3 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3) in human samples. The double-antibody format has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, and is intended for use in immunology research.

Sensitivity is reported at 0.188 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Detection is colorimetric using a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Kit components are intended for storage at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. The associated Uniprot identifier is Q14653.

Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions: serum 86–104%, 89–99% and 80–98%; EDTA plasma 88–105%, 84–101% and 83–92%; heparin plasma 96–104%, 83–90% and 85–92%. Spike-and-recovery values across the same matrices: serum 87–105% (average 97%), EDTA plasma 85–99% (average 95%) and heparin plasma 96–103% (average 99%).
