IRF2 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 2) is a transcription factor of the interferon regulatory factor family that modulates type I IFN signaling and downstream immune gene expression. This Assay Genie immunoassay supports quantitative measurement of IRF2 protein in human specimens, with applications in studies of NK cell maturation, chronic myeloid leukemia progression, gastric and breast cancer biology, and viral immune escape. The ~39 kDa IRF2 protein is implicated as both a tumor suppressor and, in certain contexts, an oncogenic driver, making accurate quantification valuable for translational research. Reagents should be stored at -20°C with limited freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
