Human IRAK3/IRAKM ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 3 (IRAK3), also referred to as IRAKM. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is validated for human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity was demonstrated in serum (86–100% at 1:2, 89–101% at 1:4, 92–101% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (83–93% at 1:2, 82–99% at 1:4, 86–97% at 1:8), and heparin plasma (81–95% at 1:2, 86–99% at 1:4, 80–100% at 1:8), each tested with n=5. Recovery ranges were 88–102% (average 96%) for serum, 87–101% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–105% (average 98%) for heparin plasma, each tested with n=5.

IRAK3 is described as a key regulator of immune response and inflammation, making it a valuable biomarker for studies of inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. The kit is stored at 2–8°C and remains stable for 12 months under those conditions.
