Human IRAK1 ELISA Kit (HUFI01479)

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human IRAK1 (Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 1). The double-antibody kit is intended for immunology research, supporting studies of IRAK1's role in the immune response and inflammation pathways, and its potential as a biomarker in cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity has been assessed across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5). Reported recovery averages are 96% for serum (range 85–105%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 85–105%), and 97% for heparin plasma (range 85–100%). The assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Reactivity is human-specific, and the kit is for research use only.
