Human IP-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PharmaGenie ELISA Kits are designed for pharmaceutical and biotech research, combining validated reagents with pre-coated plates for reliable analyte detection in immunology studies. This Sandwich ELISA is intended for the quantitative measurement of human IP-10, also known by the alias CXCL10, and recognises both natural and recombinant forms of the target.

The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. A sample volume of 100 µl is used, or 50 µl for serum and plasma. Detection is colorimetric, and the total incubation time is 3 hours 45 minutes. The assay range is 6.25 pg/ml to 200 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 5.7 pg/ml. The antibody pair shows no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines tested.

Reagents are validated under ISO 9001:2000 quality systems and calibrated against NIBSC standards. Each kit provides pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, purified recombinant protein standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, stop reagents, and a detailed protocol.
