Human INTS5 ELISA Kit (HUFI03799)

Quantitative performance of this Assay Genie sandwich ELISA has been characterized across a detection range of 0.313 ng/mL to 20 ng/mL, with an analytical sensitivity below 0.188 ng/mL, enabling discrimination of low-abundance Integrator Complex Subunit 5 in human serum and plasma. Reconstituted standard curves are generated by serial dilution in Standard Diluent Buffer, while the pre-coated microplate is paired with Detection Reagent A and Detection Reagent B diluted 1:100 in their respective Diluent A and Diluent B. Serum collection is supported by allowing coagulation overnight at 4 °C or up to 60 minutes at room temperature, then centrifuging at approximately 1000 x g for 20 min before aliquoting and freezing at -20 °C. Plasma is collected with heparin or EDTA anticoagulant and centrifuged for 15 min at 1000 x g within 30 min of draw. The TMB substrate is developed and stopped before absorbance quantification, and the assay is intended for research use only.
