Human INTS3/Integrator complex subunit 3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody kit for the quantitative detection of human Integrator complex subunit 3 (INTS3), a component of the Integrator complex that contributes to snRNA U1 and U2 3'-end processing and transcription regulation, and which has been implicated in cancer and neurological disorders. The assay is intended for human samples and uses a colorimetric readout.

Performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 85–103% (serum), 88–101% (EDTA plasma) and 86–105% (heparin plasma). Recovery averages 90% for serum (range 85–98%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 88–105%) and 90% for heparin plasma (range 85–99%). The standard protocol involves a 37°C primary incubation of 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation of 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.

Acceptable sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Unopened kit components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with selected items (the dismountable microplate strips and lyophilized standard) additionally suitable for 12 months at –20°C in a sealed foil bag with desiccant.
