Human INTS12 ELISA Kit (HUFI03813)

The INTS12 (Integrator Complex Subunit 12) quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure Integrator complex subunit 12 levels in human samples. INTS12 is a component of the Integrator multiprotein complex that associates with the small nuclear RNA processing machinery and contributes to the 3'-end maturation of U1 and U2 snRNAs, thereby coupling transcription termination with snRNA biogenesis.

Configured as a complete reagent set for 96 determinations in a microplate strip format, the kit includes pre-coated wells, a biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant calibrator standards, and a streptavidin-HRP reporting reagent.
