The Integrator complex subunit 10 (INTS10) protein can be quantified in human biological specimens with this in vitro immunoassay from Assay Genie. INTS10 is a component of the Integrator multiprotein complex that associates with the carboxy-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II and contributes to 3'-end processing of small nuclear RNAs, snRNA gene transcription, and the biogenesis of certain non-coding transcripts. Published work links INTS10 to innate antiviral responses and to the regulation of Alu-element-containing RNAs, so quantitative INTS10 measurements are useful for research into host-pathogen interactions, RNA metabolism, and transcriptional regulation.
