Human Interleukin 8 Receptor Beta (IL-8Rb) ELISA Kit

The Human Interleukin 8 Receptor Beta (IL-8Rb), also designated CXCR2, is a seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor expressed primarily on neutrophils, monocytes, and select endothelial populations. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of CXCR2 protein in research specimens prepared from tissue homogenates and cell lysates, supporting studies of neutrophil chemotaxis, acute and chronic inflammatory disease models, tumor microenvironment signaling, and chemokine receptor pharmacology.
