Human Interleukin 31 (IL-31) ELISA Kit

IL-31 is a pruritogenic cytokine secreted primarily by activated Th2 lymphocytes, and it has emerged as a focal point in research on atopic dermatitis, chronic pruritus, and cutaneous barrier dysfunction. Assay Genie's microplate ELISA for human IL-31 provides quantitative, absorbance-based detection of this cytokine across translational and basic research workflows, supporting studies of the IL-31/IL-31RA signaling axis in skin inflammation and allergy.

The kit accommodates human serum or plasma specimens and cell culture supernatant, and is supplied with a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant IL-31 calibrators, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, stop reagent, and wash buffer sufficient to construct a standard curve for concentration interpolation. Reconstituted components should be stored refrigerated between uses, and unused strips returned to the desiccated pouch to protect from light.
