Researchers studying hepatitis C virus infection, respiratory viral pathogenesis, inflammatory skin disease, and tumor immune microenvironments use this immunoassay to monitor cytokine concentrations across culture supernatants and biofluids. The assay runs on a microplate pre-coated with capture antibody, with detection achieved via a biotinylated secondary antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. Each well receives approximately 50 µL of sample, followed by incubation, washing, and chromogenic development.
