Human Interleukin 17F (IL-17F) ELISA Kit

The Human Interleukin 17F ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of IL-17F, a pro-inflammatory cytokine secreted by activated Th17 cells and group 3 innate lymphoid cells. IL-17F signals through IL-17RA/RC heterodimers and contributes to mucosal immunity, neutrophil recruitment, and chronic inflammation associated with psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 determinations. The assay requires 100 µL of sample per well, with a sensitivity below 7.8 pg/mL and a working detection range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL. Unopened reagents are stable at 4°C; bring all components to room temperature before running the assay. Intended for in vitro research use only.
