Human Interleukin-17D (IL-17D) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit measures human Interleukin-17D (IL-17D, also known as Interleukin-27) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for both natural and recombinant human Interleukin-17D.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 10 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is reported at 5.6% and inter-assay CV at 9.6%. Recovery in serum averages 101% (range 95-107%) and in plasma averages 103% (range 97-109%). Linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.

IL-17D is a secreted cytokine belonging to the IL-17 family. It induces expression of IL-6, CXCL8/IL8, and CSF2/GM-CSF from endothelial cells and is associated with inflammatory responses. The kit is intended for research use only.
