Human Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha (IL-11Ra) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha (IL-11Ra) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of soluble IL-11Ra, the ligand-binding subunit of the interleukin-11 receptor complex that activates JAK/STAT signaling. IL-11Ra is implicated in osteoclast differentiation, thrombopoiesis, epithelial plasticity, cardiac and pulmonary fibrosis, and several solid tumor microenvironments, supporting research in oncology, immunology, hematology, and tissue-remodeling studies. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody and shows no significant cross-reactivity with related receptors such as IL-6R or gp130.

Each microplate kit contains pre-coated capture wells, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant IL-11Ra standards, and buffer components for one full plate run. The recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well, and the immunoassay protocol completes within 3-4 hours using room temperature incubation steps.
